Watchtower is an internal initiative tracking platform used by a commercial bank in Indonesia to monitor strategic projects across teams. I was tasked with modernizing the interface and making the system responsive so employees could access project insights more easily across devices.

Delivered a responsive dashboard experience supported by a streamlined UI system and reusable component library. The redesign improved visual clarity, standardized interactions, and made complex project data easier for teams to navigate and monitor.

Mobile View for Quick BOD Response
Since BoD members are key approvers but primarily operate on mobile devices, the platform needed to support mobile responsiveness. This ensures approval requests can be reviewed and resolved quickly without relying on desktop access.
Analyzing Initiative Value
Monthly progress summaries give managers a quick snapshot of each initiative, helping them understand its status and decide what to do next.
